SOCIAL MEDIA
Do’s & Dont’s
An incredible amount of energy has gone into constructing the magical festival terrain. 'Magic' is one of Tomorrowland’s most important keywords. Please be aware of some strict social media rules that apply before, during, and after Tomorrowland Winter 2023.
The 10 golden rules of social media
You never publish footage of the build-up/breakdown.
You never publish backstage footage. Not of the crew, not of artists and not of stages.
You are responsible for what you and your crew communicate. Realize that everything that appears online can never really be removed from the Internet.
You do not create accounts that incorporate Tomorrowland Winter, WEAREONE.world or TL Winter.
You act as an ambassador for Tomorrowland and thus always put positivity first.
Do not act as an intermediary in discussions about Tomorrowland Winter or other Tomorrowland-related projects, either online or for any solicitation such as interviews.
You never spread confidential information. Do not post pictures of confidential documents, your crew tape, guidelines or the like online.
You are allowed to enjoy the festival and the magic of Tomorrowland Winter, but you always take into account the norms and values of Tomorrowland Winter.
You respect the privacy of your colleagues and visitors. You will not post pictures or recordings of visitors or colleagues online without their explicit permission.
During a crisis, you first go to your direct responsible within TL Winter bv before communicating yourself. Always follow the general guidelines from within the organization and communicate these to your crew.
