Cashless Crew Card with Pearls

Pre-loaded Cashless Crew Cards can be collected by the crew admin if they have been requested through the Crew Accreditation System.

The number of Pearls on the card corresponds to 1 meal a day. These cards can be topped up if you want to spend more.
These meals are available at one of the many foods stands at Tomorrowland Winter.

Have you not received a cashless crew card? You can obtain an empty cashless card in the Crew Office and top these up with Pearls at the various top-up booths on the festival site.

Unspent Pearls, with the exception of “Bonus Pearls” and pre-loaded Pearls, can be refunded after the festival. Please fill out the manual refund form at https://winter.tomorrowland.com/en/my-bracelet/.

A standard transaction fee of 1,5 Pearls will be charged.

Crew Catering

Crew catering is only accessible if you or your employer has requested this through the crew accreditation system. This will be verified by scanning your crew wristband at the entrance.

Opening hours

Breakfast: 06:30 - 08:30

Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00

Dinner: 18:00 - 20:30

Sandwiches will be available in the crew area located next to the crew office.

Crew Drinks

Drinks can be found next to the Warm-up area in the Palais Des Sports (next to the Crew Office).
