CREW COSTUMES

Tomorrowland Winter is a unique experience for our visitors and the appearance of our crew members is an important part of this. Therefore, crew members who are in direct contact with visitors will receive a crew costume. Your Tomorrowland supervisor will indicate whether or not you must wear a crew costume. If you are not yet informed on this matter, please check this right away.

Be aware that this outfit may not be warm enough. Always foresee your own clothing. Crew outfits are an extra layer on top of your own jacket.

Each crew member must individually pick up their crew outfit. The crew outfit can be picked up at the ‘Crew Costume Service Desk’, located at the back of the Visitor Experience Center (Palais des Sports.)

After full completion of your employment, all crew outfits must be returned to the Crew Costume Service Desk. Only the crew t-shirt can be kept by the crew member and does not have to be returned. Each part of the outfit that is not returned, will be invoiced to you and/or your company.

IMPORTANT! Tomorrowland Winter has a partnership with the brand North Face. (Crew Costumes of the past years can no longer be used.) Please do not wear Ellesse x Tomorrowland Winter gear or any other visible brand when you are at work.

Crew Outfits will be provided if it is deemed necessary that the crew must wear them. For some roles these outfits are mandatory to wear.

These crew outfits are property of TL Winter bv and need to be returned after the festival, before Sunday 23/03/2025 at 12:00. Not returning Crew Outfits is considered stealing and appropriate measures will be taken if this is the case.
