All crew members working on the festival site must be registered through the Crew Accreditation System (CAS). Registration is done by the person in charge, or Crew Admin, of the company/association you work for.

After you are registered, you will receive access vouchers. With this voucher and by showing your identity card, you can pick up your crew band at the Crew Office. This is a personalised wristband with a unique barcode that determines your level of access to the festival site. Your wristband will grant access only to the zones where you are required to work. Wristbands may vary between pre-days and festival days.

Without a valid crew wristband it is not possible to enter the festival site! There will be checks at all crew entrances, exits and check points at Tomorrowland Winter.
